Ciryl Gane will defend the undisputed heavyweight title against Josh Hokit, and Kayla Harrison makes her first women’s bantamweight title defense against Amanda Nunes, when UFC 334 hits Madison Square Garden in New York City on November 14, 2026.
The UFC announced the double-title bill on the Crypto.com UFC 331 broadcast. Heavyweight and women’s bantamweight belts go up for grabs at the World’s Most Famous Arena; UFC’s own announcement tagged @TheGarden and said the card would air live on Paramount+ on November 14.
Gane’s promotion to undisputed champion followed Tom Aspinall vacating the title while recovering from complications from an eye poke suffered against Gane at UFC 321. Aspinall said he asked the UFC to allow the statement because he did not want to hold the heavyweight division up, and that he reinjured his right eye in training for an expected rematch. While Aspinall recovered, Gane knocked out Alex Pereira at UFC Freedom 250 for the interim title. The same night, Hokit stopped Derrick Lewis by TKO — his fourth Octagon win since November 2025. Since earning a Contender Series contract in August 2025, the 28-year-old has collected four Performance Bonuses, including Performance of the Night and Fight of the Night against Curtis Blaydes at UFC 327.
In the co-main event, Harrison and Nunes finally make good on a matchup years in the making. Nunes retired in June 2023; she face-offed with Harrison after Harrison submitted Julianna Peña at UFC 316 for the belt. The pair was originally set for UFC 324, but Harrison withdrew and underwent surgery. Harrison submitted Holly Holm at UFC 300, beat Ketlen Vieira, then took the title from Peña. For Nunes, it is her first fight in more than three years — and, per UFC.com, she has defeated every woman to hold the bantamweight title other than Harrison.
